How do the Bellabeat trackers work?
The trackers have highly accurate sensors that measure every step-based movement, like running and walking, as well as smaller movements you make while sleeping. By measuring how much time you spend in each sleep stage, the Bellabeat tells you how long and how well you’ve slept.
Reproductive health
Its reproductive health feature starts off with the information that you have input into your app – the length of your cycle and your period. Leaf’s learning algorithms adapt to your cycle through time and and improve the prediction accuracy, even if your cycle is irregular. The app lets you have an overview of your fertility, premenstrual and period days and gives you hints on how it affects other aspects of your health.
Stress
The stress you might experience throughout the day is calculated taking multiple factors into account.
